I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) offering therapy services for children, adults, and couples both via Telehealth and in person at my office located in Rancho Peñasquitos, San Diego, CA. My approach is compassionate, validating, and non-judgmental, and I prioritize a collaborative process with each client to determine the most effective course of treatment. I tailor my approach based on the unique needs of the individual, drawing from a range of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, EMDR, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to help clients navigate challenges and build emotional resilience. I'm licensed in California and Florida.
