Practice Description
I strive to provide compassionate care to all people, paying special attention to intersectionality of identity and social oppression. I hope to provide a safe and validating space through which folks can explore their individual goals and challenges, particularly connected to sexuality, in a society where sex remains taboo and as a source of isolation, shame and fear for so many.

Practice Description
Happily welcoming new clients!
You are not alone. When life is hard, people may want to hide away or be alone to escape tough feelings, interpersonal conflict, or rejection. Sometimes, we want to fight against it, but we end up hurting the very people we care about. Then, we might feel confused about what is happening and hopeless about life getting better. When these problems do not go away with time, a genuine therapeutic connection may help you heal, grow, and find new ways to solve old problems.
Whenever you’re ready to take the first step toward a more balanced, fulfilling daily life and deeper, more meaningful relationships, Brandy is here to support you. To begin, you’ll reach out to schedule a free initial consultation. Simply email, call or text (424) 703-5338

Practice Description
I help individuals, romantic partners, and families heal and find connection where there was once pain.
Specializing in:
- High-stakes professionals: leaders, executives, military and medical professionals, first responders, and government officials navigating constant pressure and its impact on relationships and families.
- LGBTQIA+ communities: individuals, partners, and families working through identity, relational transitions, and healing in a world that isn’t always affirming.
- Healing from trauma and narcissistic abuse
- Navigating nonmonogamy or polyamory
As a queer, biracial, disabled military veteran, I've lived at the intersection of multiple identities and know what it's like to navigate complex cultural, relational, and systemic dynamics. My 21 years in the Navy taught me to thrive and lead in high-stakes environments and to bring calmness and clarity when emotions run high. This background naturally draws clients who are LGBTQIA+ or work in high-pressure roles and face unique personal and relational challenges. Though these groups experience different pressures, their struggles often overlap as they navigate systemic expectations, the cost of hiding parts of themselves, and the toll it takes on their relationships.
I offer ongoing therapy sessions, therapy intensives, workshops, and concierge therapy services.

Practice Description
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who specializes in working with individuals and couples who, for many reasons, keep finding themselves feeling baffled that they feel insecure, anxious, depressed, or disconnected despite their logical understanding that they are OK. I love working with couples who are committed to their partners, but due to high stress and patterns of distress between them, are having difficulty feeling close and connected.
I use two primary models that are both proven to be effective for trauma and distress: EFT and TIST. They are both experiential, integrative, and rooted in attachment theory. For those who are interested, as a person of faith, I can help you integrate your Christian spirituality into your life in ways that feel more experiential, accessible, and connective with yourself and God.
