I help individuals, romantic partners, and families heal and find connection where there was once pain.

Specializing in:
- High-stakes professionals: leaders, executives, military and medical professionals, first responders, and government officials navigating constant pressure and its impact on relationships and families.
- LGBTQIA+ communities: individuals, partners, and families working through identity, relational transitions, and healing in a world that isn’t always affirming.
- Healing from trauma and narcissistic abuse
- Navigating nonmonogamy or polyamory

As a queer, biracial, disabled military veteran, I've lived at the intersection of multiple identities and know what it's like to navigate complex cultural, relational, and systemic dynamics. My 21 years in the Navy taught me to thrive and lead in high-stakes environments and to bring calmness and clarity when emotions run high. This background naturally draws clients who are LGBTQIA+ or work in high-pressure roles and face unique personal and relational challenges. Though these groups experience different pressures, their struggles often overlap as they navigate systemic expectations, the cost of hiding parts of themselves, and the toll it takes on their relationships.

I offer ongoing therapy sessions, therapy intensives, workshops, and concierge therapy services.

When you're hurting, it's powerful and rare to have someone truly witness your pain with kindness and understanding. This is especially true when that hurt is related to sex or intimacy. These deeply personal challenges can feel isolating, and it’s often difficult to find a safe space to talk about them.

I am passionate about providing Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) in-person and online for people located in California. I am honored to have supported many individuals, couples, and families with adult or teen children through: complex relationship dynamics, high conflict issues, addiction recovery, complex trauma, relationship betrayals, spiritual abuse, anxiety, depression, military-related challenges, and many other areas where people often benefit from professional guidance.

I desire to create opportunities for couples, families, and individuals in therapy to connect more deeply with the truest parts of themselves so that they can then connect more deeply with their purpose, values, and trusted others.

I enjoy collaborating with local organizations to lead experiential events or facilitate discussions on topics such as addiction, healthy relationships, boundaries, codependency, mindfulness, attachment, the Enneagram, and sex and intimacy. I also facilitate Hold Me Tight & Created for Connection Workshops in collaboration with local communities

I have provided clinical leadership and supervision, including roles as: Assistant Clinical Director, Program Coordinator for Strengths-Based Case Management, and as AAMFT Supervisor, in private practice, non-profit, and Intensive Outpatient settings.
